Welcome to the first ever combined Morden Little League Youth Boys & Senior Girls Leavers Event — a truly heartfelt evening as we come together to celebrate an extraordinary group of young people at the end of their Little League journey.

For many of our players, Morden Little League has been so much more than just football. It has been a second home — a place filled with laughter on cold mornings, muddy boots, shared victories, tough lessons, and unforgettable moments that have shaped who they are today. From their very first kick of the ball to this moment, they have grown not only as players, but as teammates, friends, and individuals.

Together, they have built bonds that will last a lifetime — friendships formed in changing rooms, on the sidelines, and on pitches where they gave their all week after week. They’ve learned resilience in defeat, humility in victory, and the true meaning of teamwork and support. These are the memories and values that will stay with them long after the final whistle.

This evening is about holding onto those moments just a little longer. It’s about celebrating every smile, every challenge overcome, every shared journey — and most importantly, celebrating them. We truly hope you will join us, as your presence will mean the world to these players who have given so much to the club and to each other.

While this chapter may be coming to a close, it is also the beginning of so many new adventures. Wherever life takes them next — on or off the pitch — they will always carry a piece of Morden Little League with them, just as they will always remain a cherished part of ours.
